Lake Coeur D’ Alene, translated as “Heart of the awl” was named after a local Indian tribe out of respect for their tough trading practices. At 25 miles long and 10 miles across at its widest point, this beautiful lake has more than 135 miles of tree-lined shores.
We design and assemble all of our maps in the Reno/Tahoe area, and all laser etching is done by lasers that we design and build in house. These maps are etched into Baltic birch wood. We hope you love it!
